Island Crust began with one simple truth — food connects us.
After years cooking for the world’s most discerning guests, I learned that real luxury isn’t just about flavour — it’s about culture, compassion, and connection.

Jamaica is more than a place — it’s a rhythm, a spirit, a pulse. When Hurricane Melissa hit, I wanted to give back in the most Jamaican way possible: through love, joy, and flavour.

Each patty carries the island’s story — its resilience, creativity, and warmth — baked into every bite.

Our goal is simple: raise $50,000 to help rebuild Jamaica’s infrastructure and restore hope to the island that has given so much to the world.
